Neer Amaya Eco Ventures Pvt Ltd. is a purpose - driven company based on Kochi, Kerala, India. Founded by Sara Issac and Sanjay Thomas Issac, the company is built on a simple yet powerful idea : to reconnect people with nature while promoting holistic well being. At the heart of our Vision lies a unique ecosystem that integrates sustainable agriculture, eco - tourism, wellness and community development into one seamless experience.
Our journey began with a simple belief that true health starts from the soil and flows into every aspect of life. So we decided to start a farm by the name of Jay Farm Organics in our 15 acre ancestral home in Pallikara a suburb of Kochi. We bought farm animals that would give us plenty of organic manure using which we started making organic fertilizers. We use part of fertilizers in our farm and the balance we supply to other farms that make organic food, fruits and vegetebales as we strongly believe that healty food leads to healthy people. Organic fertlizers also increase soil microbes and these soil microbes help in controlling carbon emissions into the atmoshphere, leading to a healthy planet. We started making Organic Fertilizers in order to produce organic vegetables and fruits .
Later we decided to integrate organic farming with eco- tourism, aquaculture and other wellness programs by which we have created a unique ecosystem where sustainability and human wellbeing co-exist. At Neer Amaya we are not just building a destination - we are creating an experience that nurtures the body, calms the mind and restores the soul. This is our primary vision.
Our next vision is to prove that tourism can be profitable without concrete sprawl and luxury can exist without ecological stress and that calm itself can be a commercial asset.
What we do :
We design and develop elegantly crafted water villas that float harmoniously within the backwater ecosystem. These villas serve a dual purpose - offering exclusive ownership opportunities as well as a chance to earn an income from the water villa by leasing it out to tourists when the owner is not using it.
Our Aquaculture Estate :
Alongside our hospitality offerings, we are also developing a responsible aquaculture eco-system that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding environment. This initiative not only enhances the natural richness of the backwaters but also creates sustainable livelihood opportunities for the local fishing communties. By combining the traditional knowledge of the local fishermen, with modern practices, we aim to build a self sustaining model that supports both economic growth and ecological balance.

Our Integrated Ecosystem :
We believe that good health goes beyond food. Physical activity and mental well being are equally important.
Fitness Training :
To support our efforts in encouraging physical activity in our clients, we have partnered with Hilton Fitness, a leading fitness equipment supplier in Kerala in order to bring expert fitness guidance into our ecosystem.
Mental Wellbeing :
In order to cater to the mental wellbeing of our guests we have designed beautiful water villas where guests can stay and reconnect with nature, allowing the surrounding water to calm their soul. In order to improve the restorative effects on the minds of our guests, we are also offering Yoga sessions, Ayurveda treatments, Aromatherapy and Music Therapy too.
Together these experiences are designed to enhance both physical fitness and mental health. Through these practices, we encourage our guests to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with nature, allowing the surroundings to heal and rejuvenate.
Neer Amaya is not just a destination - it is a complete ecosystem where :
