  • Each water villa includes an integrated fish farming cage in the water around the villa and therefore you can enjoy fresh sustainable seafood harvested directly from your door step. The balance fish can be sold at current market prices, yielding an additional income for you less your input costs for rearing the fish for 8-10 months till it achieves full growth.
  • An added bonus for customers is that there is a three year guarantee for any structural defects of the houseboat/water villa . All expenses regarding any defects /repairs will be fully met by the promoter. A third bonus is that you can use your water villa as your recreation home and when you are not using it, you can conduct your own tourism business by leasing your water villa to tourists and in this way you can make good money every month from your investment.
