Luxury Pool Villa

Here there is a total built up area of 1500 sqft. out of which 700sqft is the fully furnished villa area , 400sqft is open deck all around the villa and 100sqft is the plunge pool situated at the centre of the villa. There is also a  separate 300sqft Service Platform on which the solar panels  hybrid inverter , batteries and generator will be kept. The villa in itself  is a two bedroom villa with attached bathrooms along with a third common toilet for guests. The   dining area and kitchen will be arranged around the 100sqft plunge  pool. The entire villa will be fully furnished either in Indian style or Western style depending on the choice of the customer. The price also includes a private 5-seater boat, 8 cents of land, exclusive waterfront setting along with the possibility of professionally managed holiday cum rental use.
