Each of our villas will be fully furnished and will have a total of 1500sqft built up area, with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a living area and a dining cum kitchen area arranged around a 100sqft plunge pool along with a common toilet. On all four sides there will be an open deck of 125sqft each with the total deck area being 500sqft. There will also be a 1000sqft service platform with solar panels, inverter and generator for back up electricity for the villa. So the buyer will get registered in his name , a fully furnished houseboat/water villa with a built up area of 1500sqft with an additional 1000sqft service platform and 6 cents of property on which these structures stand - for a price of Rs.3.65 crores. There will be a 40% open area for boating and to maintain privacy. As the property is fully in water and is difficult to identify each individual 6 cents plot, its geo coordinates got from satellite/digital survey will be mentioned in each title deed.
